Phairytale accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.
Payment will be deducted from your account immediately, as this is an online service where the product is considered to be used instantly upon purchase.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
No right of refund is granted on goods purchased in our webshop. Due to the online nature of the product, it is considered to be used instantly upon purchase, and under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted for such items.

Right to complain
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link:
